We built TDEE Cal Hub to provide free, accurate, science-based calorie and fitness calculators — no sign-ups, no ads, no fluff.

Too many fitness tools online are either locked behind paywalls, riddled with ads, or use questionable math. We believe everyone deserves access to reliable tools that help them understand their body's energy needs — backed by real science and completely free to use.

Our Approach

Every calculator on this site is built on peer-reviewed scientific formulas. We use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (recommended by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) as our primary BMR formula, the Katch-McArdle equation when body fat data is available, and the US Navy Method for body fat estimation.

We don't just plug in formulas and call it a day. We clearly document our methodology, show the math, cite our sources, and openly discuss the limitations of each calculation. Transparency matters.

All calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit your personal health data.
